This weekend, the World Endurance Championship will stop at Le Mans for the prestigious 24 Hours. Indian driver Karun Chandhok already has a history on the Bugatti circuit, having raced there three times since 2012, with a sixth-place finish as his best result in his first race in 2012. In 2013, he finished 12th, while in 2014, he was forced to retire.<\/p>\n
This year, the ambitions remain the same for the former Formula 1 driver: \u00ab The tests went well for us despite the difficult weather. I was lucky to have a reasonable lap in the afternoon which put us in first place, but there is certainly more performance in the car. I think we are definitely in a good position to aim for a podium this year, but there are at least seven or eight teams that, I’m sure, can say the same thing \u00bb.<\/p>\n
