Last Tuesday, the FIA announced that an investigation had been opened against Toto Wolff, the executive director of Mercedes AMG F1 Team, and his wife Susie.<\/p>\n<p>The fifty-year-old man is accused of having obtained confidential information about FOM activities. He would have obtained them through his wife, who, due to her position as CEO of the F1 Academy, was aware of them. However, Mercedes has indicated that it may take legal action due to this case involving their executive director.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab We understand that there is significant media interest in the events of this week. We are currently engaged in active legal discussions with the FIA. We expect full transparency on what happened and why, and we expressly reserve all legal rights.
