They are confident that they will not make the same mistakes in the design of the car as those made this year.<\/p>\n<p>Nick Fry stated: We have had our ups and downs this season, and it&#8217;s true that there have been more downs than ups. But I don&#8217;t see why we couldn&#8217;t return to our end-of-2006 level.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab It&#8217;s the same team, with a large number of additional people, and the progress with the car seems promising. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab The essential thing is to reconnect with success to build up confidence, because it is only with confidence that we can score points. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab The new &#8216;team principal&#8217; Ross Brawn only joined the team at the beginning of December, so this event had little influence on the RA108, but he seems optimistic about what he has seen so far, \u00bb he continued.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab It is a very intelligent response to what the team encountered in 2007. A large number of employees within the team are only now realizing the difficulties the team faced.
