Fran\u00e7ois Duval also finds a place.<\/p>\n<p>Fourth in the 2007 World Championship, just a few points behind the Subaru World Rally Team, Stobart wishes to continue its journey in the leading pack of the FIA World Rally Championship.<\/p>\n<p>Benefiting from the new Focus RS WRC 07, the team will rely on Gigi Galli for the fifteen events of the 2008 calendar. The Italian will score points in all rounds driving a car in Stobart colors.<\/p>\n<p>Gigi will be assisted by Fran\u00e7ois Duval to score points at the Monte Carlo Automobile Rally. The Belgian might make several appearances this season in a green and white car. Henning Solberg and Matthew Wilson will share the number 8 during the season.<\/p>\n<p>This season looks exciting after the performances of 2007, comments Malcolm Wilson, director of the Stobart team.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab The promotion of Jari-Matti Latvala at BP-Ford Abu Dhabi left us the opportunity to hire a new driver. We are happy to welcome Gigi Galli. He has extensive experience in the WRC. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Stobart&#8217;s goal is to finish on the podium in the championship of constructors and thus primarily to surpass Subaru.
