This performance confirms McLaren&#8217;s competitiveness on this fast and technical track.<\/p>\n<h2>Ferrari demonstrates strength<\/h2>\n<p>Charles Leclerc (2nd) and Lewis Hamilton (3rd) have shown that they remain serious contenders in the fight at the front. Lewis Hamilton, driving on his home circuit, seems particularly motivated to shine in front of his crowd. Ferrari demonstrates a good balance and a notable rise in performance since the start of the season.<\/p>\n<h2>Red Bull in search of settings<\/h2>\n<p>Max Verstappen, often dominant, only finished in fifth place, suggesting that the Austrian team is still adjusting its settings for Silverstone. Their performances in the upcoming sessions will need to be observed.<\/p>\n<h2>The other performances to note<\/h2>\n<p>Mercedes progresses with Kimi Antonelli (6th) and George Russell (8th) who post encouraging times.
