Max Verstappen had more luck than Toyota at Le Mans. The Japanese team, leading the race at the time, had hit a squirrel, which forced car number 8 to return to the pits. In Canada, the Red Bull driver experienced a similar incident.<\/p>\n

At the beginning of the Grand Prix, the car with the number 1 sticker had an encounter with a bird. The unfortunate bird died instantly. It was still stuck on my car when I entered the pit at the end of the race, it didn’t look great. I am also sorry for the mechanic who had to remove it, Max Verstappen stated after the race, on SkySports’ microphone.<\/p>\n
