They may also have an academy, as is the case with Mercedes, Ferrari, Alpine, Sauber, or even Red Bull.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e9r\u00f4me d&#8217;Ambrosio is now taking over the responsibility for the development of young drivers within Mercedes. Up until now, it was Toto Wolff who was in charge. He had notably helped Esteban Ocon secure a seat at Alpine and Nyck de Vries to join AlphaTauri this season.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e9r\u00f4me d&#8217;Ambrosio is well acquainted with Formula 1.
