On each Grand Prix, a technical commissioner is stationed in the garage of each driver. Therefore, 20 technical commissioners are responsible for observing everything that the mechanics do and taking notes on a sheet about what is being done, when, based on what the team reports.<\/p>\n

It is up to the team to come and see the delegate and inform him of a modification. The FIA has just released a statement asking Mercedes to come and justify a problem with one of the technical modification forms for Lewis Hamilton’s car.<\/p>\n

The team representative will have to show up at 17:15 (10:15 PM local time).<\/p>\n
