The Scuderia Ferrari offered track sessions to its reserve drivers this Tuesday, behind the wheel of the SF21 on the Fiorano track.<\/p>\n

Antonio Giovinazzi, former driver for Alfa Romeo Sauber in previous Formula 1 seasons, is still a reserve driver for Ferrari. He drove all morning and will be back in the seat of an F1 car this weekend in Italy during Free Practice 1 in Monza, but behind the wheel of a Haas – powered by Ferrari. This is the first time that the former Alfa Romeo driver will test a car with the new technical regulations.<\/p>\n

Shwartzman was the F3 champion before finishing second in the F2 season last year. Currently searching for a seat, he is a test driver for Ferrari.<\/p>\n

It’s the second time that Shwartzman is trying the SF21 since he already had the opportunity to drive it in July at Mugello. He is expected to drive in two free practice sessions at one of the remaining races with the F1 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
