Visually, the livery is identical. With the exception of the Aston Martin sponsor, which has become a separate team by taking a stake in Racing Point, there is not much different at first glance between the two cars.<\/p>\n
If we push a little and give a little more brightness to the image, and less contrast, we can nevertheless notice that the engine hood has been reworked as well as several changes all located at the rear of the single-seater.<\/p>\n
This is not a coincidence. The 2021 regulations have been modified to significantly reduce the supports and prevent disruption of the airflow behind the single-seaters in order to gain an aerodynamic advantage. As a result, the floor has been shortened on the sides as required by the regulations. It can also be noticed that the rear wing is different. From two supporting arms in the center of the single-seater, there is now only one support that surrounds the exhaust outlet of the Honda engine. The sides of the wing have also been reworked.<\/p>\n

Concretely, we don’t have much to see before. Apart from the brake ducts that comply with the new 202 regulation and a shift in the small winglet placed on the nose, nothing visually differentiates the two cars.<\/p>\n
At the same time, why change a winning team? Indeed, the Red Bull is the last car to win a Grand Prix in 2020.<\/p>\n
