Official: No German Grand Prix in 2015
The FIA has officially removed the German Grand Prix from the 2015 F1 calendar, which was to be held at the Nurburgring circuit on July 19.

Since 1960, Formula 1 has made a stop in Germany every year, even if the races were not always called the “German Grand Prix.” This streak will come to an end this season as the FIA has announced that the race scheduled to take place at the Nurburgring circuit will not happen.
The 2015 calendar will therefore include 19 Grand Prix, instead of the initially planned twenty. The German round, which was to be held on July 19, will leave a three-week gap between the British GP on July 5 and the Hungarian GP on July 26. The race at the Hungaroring will be the last before the summer break, which will end on the last weekend of August with the Belgian Grand Prix.
