Pirelli announces its choices for the United States, Brazil, and Abu Dhabi Grand Prix

Pirelli has announced the tire compounds that will be used for the last three races of the 2014 Formula 1 season.

Uncertainty hung over the United States, Brazil, and Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. All four tires from the Pirelli range will be used during these last three races.

This will be the first appearance of the soft tire in Austin, which will pair with the medium compounds. Previously, the white sidewall tires were paired with the hard tires.

The hards and the mediums will be used on the abrasive Interlagos circuit, finishing in Abu Dhabi with the softest compounds.
