Enzo Fittipaldi back with Van Amersfoort for 2024
The Brazilian driver will drive for the Dutch team in 2024. He leaves Rodin Carlin after a season in which he finished 7th in the championship.

The grid for the 2024 Formula 2 season is starting to take shape. Enzo will continue to carry the Fittipaldi name into the doorstep of the premier category. The grandson of Emerson, Formula 1 world champion in 1972 and 1974, will discover a third team after a fairly successful season with Rodin Carlin (7th in the championship).
It won’t be a complete discovery for the 22-year-old driver, who drove for Van Amersfoort during the F2 post-season tests last week in Abu Dhabi.
« I am very excited to be part of Van Amersfoort Racing,” said the Miami native. « The team and I had a positive initial experience working together during the post-season tests. For now, I am eagerly awaiting next season, which will be a new challenge for everyone. Racing with the new F2 cars in 2024 will be thrilling, and I am confident that the team and I will have an excellent season together. »
« During the tests, we found that Enzo was a great character to work with, admits Fritz Van Amersfoort, the boss of VAR. « He fits perfectly into our team and his experience in F2 will be beneficial as we move towards a new era. We are delighted to have him on board and look forward to the upcoming season together. »
Enzo Fittipaldi will compete in his third season in F2. After finishing 8th in 2022 with Charouz, and then 7th this season with Rodin Carlin, he will aim even higher. In 2023, he secured his first victory at the sprint race of the Belgian GP and stood on the podium four more times.
I am very happy to announce that I will be racing in Formula 2 with Van Amersvoort racing in 2024. Thank you very much to all my sponsors for the support! Let’s go for it 🦈
