Kimi Räikkönen – 10th:

« It’s a big disappointment. Because of a stupid maneuver by Sergio [Perez], I lost a lot of points to Sebastian [Vettel] in the championship, and we can’t afford to lose points in this way. He hit me from behind and that’s it. If he thinks it’s my fault that he came into the corner too fast, then, clearly, he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. It’s not the first time he’s collided with someone during a race. Apparently, he expects others to always know what he might do, give him the right of way, or go straight if he comes into a corner too fast and can’t turn without hitting someone. It’s not an ideal weekend, but there was nothing I could do. At least I recovered a point at the end. »

Romain Grosjean – Retirement:

« Daniel [Ricciardo] seemed really struggling with his rear tires, they appeared to have a lot of graining. I followed him for nearly 61 laps, but he surprised me by braking very early in the middle of the circuit and I had no room to avoid him. My weekend ended frustratingly, but it came from the qualifications, when I failed to get into Q3. It was Daniel who helped me there again, but I obviously had no intention of ending my race in the back of his car! Now, it’s just about hitting the reset button and heading to Canada with the hope of a much better weekend. »
