The final sprint to Interlagos continues, and it’s New Delhi that hosts the Formula One circus this week at the Buddh International Circuit. The track, inaugurated last year, already seems to rise to the rank of the best creations of Hermann Tilke’s office, with a perfectly hilly terrain and a multitude of large curves and fast chicanes in the second and third sectors. The aerodynamically comfortable single-seaters should therefore be in for a treat for this Indian Grand Prix.

Although mathematically it is not yet the case, the championship seems to be contested between Sebastian Vettel, who regained the lead two weeks ago in Korea, and Fernando Alonso. For many, the Red Bull driver is the favorite due to an RB8 that seems unattainable at this end of the season. But Ferrari has promised a noteworthy package for this Indian Grand Prix, and the Scuderia can always count on the help of Felipe Massa, in service of its leader.

As in 2011, Motorsinside.com offers you the chance to experience the qualifications through interactive live text throughout the 2012 season. We invite you to follow this qualification session for the 2012 Korean Grand Prix, starting at 10:15 am.
