Marussia will use JCC’s LEDs
Marussia accumulates partnerships with companies offering products that highlight its single-seaters. Thus, after its agreement with CarPlan, the Anglo-Russian team has just forged an agreement with JCC, a specialist in LED technology.

Indeed, the British brand has been announced as an official supplier to the Banbury team. However, this agreement only includes the Marussia Technical Centre, meaning its products will only equip the offices and workshop at the team headquarters. They will also be used to highlight the racing car on display there. Thus, there will be no LED designs created and manufactured by JCC at the Grand Prix events.
Due to the limited scope of this agreement, the JCC logo will therefore not be displayed on the cars of Charles Pic and Timo Glock, an arrangement previously received by CarPlan. That’s why Andy Webb, the CEO of the team, assured the bare minimum in his statements: “We are now fully operational at the Marussia Technical Centre and JCC has played its part by significantly contributing to the aesthetic aspect of our new home. While the past few months have been full of challenges, we have at least been able to benefit from the ongoing support of our portfolio of partners and suppliers.”
