Webber certain to do better in 2012
After a rather mixed season despite his victory in Brazil during the last Grand Prix of the season, Mark Webber is convinced that things will be different in 2012 and he has expressed confidence for the upcoming season.

Mark Webber experienced a 2011 season in the shadow of his teammate Sebastian Vettel. The Australian driver never managed to compare with the now double world champion despite a victory in Brazil – his only one of the season against 11 for Vettel.
But Webber thinks things will be different in 2012 and he is convinced he can do better than this year. His goal will therefore be to be in excellent shape from the start of the season in Australia in front of his home crowd.
« The next most important race is Melbourne and next year will be different from this year, because I’m sure that’s how things will turn out. I am very, very optimistic and confident of having a very, very good season and that’s what I hope to do, » Webber told Reuters.
«I still drive very, very well. There is a very fine line before you can start unlocking certain things that will allow you to turn a good season, like this year, into an excellent season, which I need to try to do (for 2012), » added the Australian driver.
Mark Webber’s contract with Red Bull Racing expires at the end of 2012 and it is highly likely that the team will replace the Australian to place one of the drivers from their youth program. The 2012 season will therefore be crucial for the Queanbeyan, Australia native, as he will have to impress on the track if he wishes to continue his F1 career in 2013 and beyond.
