Red Bull’s budget in question
An audit conducted by the company Capgemini reportedly revealed "discrepancies" in the budget of the Red Bull team.

Autosprint magazine suspects that the Red Bull team did not comply with the FOTA agreement regarding the budget cap allocated to the operation of the teams.
According to some sources, Red Bull allegedly tried to halt Capgemini’s audit by arguing that its investigations were an intrusion into privacy, which would reveal information on sensitive data.
The FOTA, the association bringing together team principals, has requested clarifications on the subject during a meeting scheduled this week. Even though no sanctions are currently planned, doubts still linger over the opacity of the Austrian team’s budget.
However, she questions the real intentions of the company Capgemini, which is interested in her while the team is on the verge of winning the drivers’ and constructors’ championships. No statement on the subject has been issued by the team so far, even though, earlier in the year, Christian Horner had already refuted such accusations.
If this information proves to be true, it might tarnish the healthy and victorious image of Red Bull-Renault.
