Toro Rosso bought by an Abu Dhabi investment fund?
The Toro Rosso team, owned by the Austrian company Red Bull, could come under the control of an Abu Dhabi investment fund in the coming days.

According to Autosport magazine, Aabar Investments has reportedly taken a majority stake in the Italian team Scuderia Toro Rosso, and the official announcement could be made next week before or during the Italian Grand Prix.
Aabar Investments already appears on the Faenza single-seaters through its subsidiary Falcon Private Bank, and this might not stop there. Indeed, according to the British publication, the Spanish oil company Cepsa, also owned by Aabar, could soon see its logos displayed on the STR6 cars of Sébastien Buemi and Jaime Alguersuari.
It should also be noted that the arrival of these sponsors is a boon for the team led by Franz Tost, as it will allow it to develop, particularly with the construction of new buildings – covering an area of nearly 10,000 square meters – in Faenza, where the Toro Rosso factory is located.
