Mark Webber annoyed
Mark Webber is clearly annoyed that journalists keep asking him about his teammate Sebastian Vettel.
Asked by a German journalist from SportBild about his relationship with Vettel, the Australian driver seemed annoyed to once again answer questions about his cumbersome teammate.
To the question “Do you often talk to Vettel outside of races?” the great Mark dryly responded: “No. There is no reason for me to do so.”
The journalist insists and asks him if they discussed the Bahrain Grand Prix with the German:
«I am 34 years old, and I read the newspapers. Why would you want me to ask him for his opinion?
Mark then starts to get annoyed: « But why do we have to constantly talk about Vettel? If you have something to know about him, ask him!»
To ease the ambient tension, the journalist then questions the Australian about his future with Red Bull, which wants to extend his contract for an additional year.
I will make my decision in the coming months. Ferrari has something special, but common sense would suggest that I stay with Red Bull. I feel good and I am very happy with the team and the car. We will talk about it, but we are not in a hurry.
Visibly, it’s not just on the track that Vettel bothers his teammate…
