Toro Rosso signs with Giant for the Malaysian GP
The Red Bull galaxy teams are set to become specialists in race agreements with supermarket chains in Asia. Thus, while Red Bull has had an agreement for two years for the Singapore race with 7-Eleven, Toro Rosso has just announced an agreement with Giant for the Malaysia event.
The company’s logo will thus be featured on the sponsors’ display panels, on the nose of the STR6, as well as on the suits and t-shirts of both drivers Sébastien Buemi and Jaime Alguersuari throughout the entire weekend.
To celebrate the agreement, the two temporary partners organized a public relations operation benefiting a local orphanage where the two team drivers, along with two other teams, had ten minutes to fill shopping carts, which were then donated to the orphanage.
