Weather conditions were significantly better today in Jerez. A dry track allowed the team to make constructive progress in its technical program. Robert Kubica focused on the setup of the R30. He also worked on race procedures.

Robert Kubica, racing driver, stated: « Early this morning, the track was still wet so we did an installation lap and waited for the conditions to improve. There was quite a bit of wind, and it had a fairly significant impact on the car, but we were able to do a good job and I am satisfied with the day. »

Alan Permane, Chief Engineer added: « The workday was productive thanks to the good weather conditions. The track was still wet this morning but it quickly dried, and Robert did a good job with the setup. We also worked on race start procedures with a fuel-loaded car and practiced pit exit procedures. Finally, we conducted a tire evaluation which was very useful. »
