Sébastien Bourdais, the other Sébastien star of French motorsport, had a scare while trying rallying in Australia before participating in the next Champ Car event.
During a promotional event driving a Subaru Impreza WRX, the man from Le Mans rolled over. He was able to exit the vehicle with the help of emergency services without injury.
“I’m doing well,” reassured the almost four-time Champ Car winner.
The car crashed and rolled over slowly. I’m fine but at the moment, I thought ‘Oops!’.
After the Rally, next year will be the first year for the French driver in Formula 1 with Toro Rosso, offering a chance to experience much more fear.
