Indeed, François lost half a minute, but Manferd Stohl also experienced fuel pump issues, which cost him twelve minutes!
The Belgian driver will not be able to reach the final service. He has to retire on the liaison route due to these alternator issues and will no longer see the Corsican sun.
This setback allows Jan Kopecky to get into the points while Latvala takes the 4th position before the 3rd and final stage.
