Bruno Senna clocked the fastest morning time on the second day of testing in Jerez after this hectic end of the season. In the afternoon, it was Adam Caroll, in a Campos, who recorded the overall fastest time of the day, a tenth ahead of Negrao, all happening in the afternoon.

Yesterday, Senna tested exceptionally with Campos. He finished 6th and remains satisfied with his week: « It’s really good to have been at the top of the timesheet with two different cars this week. »

It’s great to be able to leave Jerez knowing that we achieved the best time of the tests…

« I worked very hard with both teams and they were satisfied with the work I accomplished. Now I will continue to prepare myself as best as possible for the next season. »

Carroll moved yesterday from iSport – where he set the fastest time – to Minardi Piquet Sport for this last day. He was also performing well as he took the fastest time of the session.

Marco Bonanomi was the fastest of the drivers who arrived today. However, he set the 8th best time, more than 7 tenths behind the leader.

Overall, the best times of the day were achieved this morning. The track and temperatures were indeed less favorable in the afternoon.

Many drivers were testing today without ever having participated in a GP2 race, but no French driver was tested on the Spanish track.
