The perfect structure at Ferrari has not yet been found

Frederic Vasseur has been at the helm of Ferrari since January. The Frenchman is actively seeking to recruit multiple engineers to strengthen the structure of the Scuderia Ferrari.

The former director of the Alfa Romeo team has already recruited Loïc Serra, Mercedes’ director of performance. The 55-year-old man will also have to deal with the departure of Laurent Mekies, who will take on the role of director of the AlphaTauri team. This is not the only departure from Maranello. David Sanchez, the technical manager of the Italian team, is leaving for McLaren.

The director of Maranello is not satisfied with his structure. The Frenchman constantly wants to improve his team. We are miles away from having the ideal team because when you do my job, you shouldn’t imagine that a perfect structure exists. You must always strive to improve and constantly change things.
