After McLaren and Haas, Williams is the third team to unveil the livery of its 2024 car on this Monday, February 5th. The new car of Alexander Albon and Logan Sargeant will be adorned with blue and black.

Williams revealed this Monday, February 5th, the colors of their new car, the FW46. It will be adorned with a mixture of light and dark blue. It also features the same geometric shapes as the livery from last season. A new sponsor, Komatsu, appears on the side pods of the car.
In continuation of the previous year, the philosophy of the car would seem to follow that brought by Red Bull. We will wait to see the actual race car on track during pre-season testing in Bahrain to observe the latest innovations brought by James Vowles’ team.
Of course, there is still a long way to go in this shared adventure, but I know that our fans, our partners, and everyone at Grove Headquarters are pushing in the same direction to create a new story for this iconic team.
It will take time, but the support of everyone is essential to help us progress towards success in the years to come. I look forward to seeing what this season has in store for us.
« After a very positive year, we hope to capitalize on our progress in 2024, working hard to achieve significant advances in terms of performance. », said Alexander Albon. « We have asked a lot from the team and the factory to bring this car where it needs to be, and we have also slightly modified the car’s philosophy, so I am curious to see if we can improve some of the characteristics it has historically had. », he continued.
This will require an adjustment in driving style, but I am confident that it will be a positive change.
Logan Sargeant then commented: “After unveiling this amazing livery, I am now looking forward to getting behind the wheel of the FW46 and continuing to evolve as a driver. I had a productive off-season that allowed me to prepare physically and mentally for the year ahead.”
(Upon taking the time to reflect on my beginner season, I have learned many lessons and gained experience that can only benefit me as I embark on this new season.) F, concluded the American pilot.
The FW46 complete will make its debut on track during a promotional filming day in Bahrain on February 20th, before the start of official pre-season tests on the same Sakhir circuit on February 21st.
