Red Bull is opening an internal investigation into Christian Horner
Red Bull has published a report announcing the opening of an internal investigation. Christian Horner is being targeted for having exhibited inappropriate behavior.

Red Bull is starting to generate buzz 10 days before the presentation of the RB20. The Austrian team has just launched an internal investigation on its director, Christian Horner, according to a report. The Dutch daily, De Telegraaf, affirms that the British engineer is accused of inappropriate behavior by a Red Bull employee.
The report states that the team’s top management has taken into consideration and is aware of the allegations. The main person involved, Christian Horner, has denied the accusation.
Oliver Mintzlaff, the new president of Red Bull, has commissioned an internal investigation from a law firm. While the Austrian team displayed unwavering composure in 2023, this case could undermine the leadership.
After the company was informed of certain recent allegations, an independent investigation was opened, said a spokesperson for the Austrian group to the Dutch media. This process, already underway, is being conducted by a specialized external lawyer. The company takes these matters extremely seriously and the investigation will be completed as soon as possible.
The spokesperson also added: “It would not be appropriate to comment further at this time.”
Red Bull is to unveil its 2024 race car on February 15th.
