The start of the Sprint race at Spa has been postponed to 17:35
The start of the Sprint race is postponed due to torrential showers on the Spa-Francorchamps circuit.

After already being delayed by 35 minutes due to the Shootout Sprint, which took place later than expected because of the rain, the Sprint race is once again postponed. Heavy showers are pouring down on the circuit at the moment. Certain parts of the track even appear to be slightly flooded in the face of these downpours.
According to McLaren’s radio, the race could start behind the safety car. The teams are waiting for the weather to improve. Charles Leclerc’s engineer, on the other hand, indicates that the rain should stop in 5 minutes, lasting for a whole hour.
According to the latest news, the training session is scheduled to take place at 5:35 PM.
