Silverstone F1 circuit under snow
The Silverstone circuit has released rare images of a Formula 1 circuit under snow. This Wednesday, November 20, the Silverstone region in the center of the United Kingdom was covered in a blanket of white. Unusual images.
We are only in Autumn, the Formula 1 season has not yet come to an end and while Formula 1 is on the other side of the globe for the Las Vegas Grand Prix, where the weather conditions are very cold (only 5/6 degrees Celsius expected as a minimum on Friday, for example), on the other side of the channel, it is snowing.
Silverstone circuit has released images of the track covered in snow, blanketed in white on this Wednesday morning of November 20, 2024.
Formula 1 circuits are rarely under snow, let alone this early in the year. The Spa circuit also published very nice photographs under a thick white blanket a few months ago, during last winter.
