Tina Hausmann confirmed for a second season with Aston Martin

The 2024 season ended on a high note for the Swiss driver. At the wheel of a PREMA Racing, she not only secured a spot in the top 10 of the F1 Academy drivers’ championship but also achieved her best career result with a 4th place finish in the last race of the year in Abu Dhabi at the Yas Marina Circuit.

Tina Hausmann, originally from Switzerland, stated that she is eager to continue her progress this year. « Reflecting on the incredible opportunity to compete in the F1 ACADEMY 2024 for Aston Martin with PREMA Racing, countless precious and unforgettable moments come to mind. Being behind the wheel and pushing the limits on seven iconic tracks around the world was like a dream come true. The learning was tough, but it resulted in a good outcome in the final race. Aston Martin supported me throughout the journey like a true family. Being able to race for a second year in the series with Aston Martin and PREMA Racing, two incredible teams committed to competing at the highest level, means a lot to me. I want to thank everyone who made this possible. »

Continuing to support Hausmann throughout her second year, Jessica Hawkins will retain her role as director of Aston Martin’s F1 ACADEMY. « I am really thrilled to continue working with Tina in 2025 as she begins her second year in the F1 ACADEMY. Over the past season, she has made significant progress, gaining valuable experience and developing both her skills and confidence on track.
