Toyota’s 40 years of participation in the 24 Hours of Le Mans will be celebrated with a unique combination of liveries on its two GR010s. The #7, which will be driven by Mike Conway, Kamui Kobayashi, and Nyck de Vries, will feature a red and white livery inspired by the TS020 that competed in the 1998 and 1999 editions.

This unique livery also aims to excite fans by connecting them to the rich history of endurance racing and strengthening their passion for motorsports. The TS020 – also known as the GT-One – captivated fans with its incredible aerodynamic curves and attracted a whole new generation to Le Mans thanks to its starring role in the first edition of the Gran Turismo video game, the brand believes.

On its side, the hypercar bearing the number 8 will feature a matte black livery that embodies the present. Its familiar design revolves around a striking GR logo, symbolizing the spirit of speed and the team’s aversion to losing, as well as the prototype concept, symbolizing the continuous improvement of cars from motorsport and their constant evolution.
