Charles Leclerc is auctioning off his Monaco racing suits
Emilia-Romagna was hit by floods two weeks ago. Charles Leclerc will participate on his side. The Monegasque driver will auction off his Monaco Grand Prix suits. The funds raised will be donated to the victims.

Emilia-Romagna was hit by significant floods at the end of May, resulting in the cancellation of the Imola Grand Prix. In addition to the fund opened by the region and the country, donations from F1 and Ferrari, Charles Leclerc has decided to take action on his own.
An auction for charity
On Instagram, the Monegasque driver announced that he will be auctioning off the special suits he wore on the occasion of his home Grand Prix. (e) After the recent floods that hit Emilia-Romagna, I’ve decided to auction off my Monaco suits. », stated the Ferrari driver on his Instagram account.
The objective of this event is charitable. To gather as much as possible to help the populations affected by the floods.
“I hope that we will be able to collect and gather as much money as possible in order to help people in need,” said the Monégasque.
Four prizes to be won
These auctions will take place from Friday, June 2nd to Tuesday, the 6th of the same month. The objective is, of course, to raise as much money as possible to help the flood victims. Sotheby’s is organizing this event.
In total, four lots will be available for auction. The set was worn by the Monegasque during the race in the streets of the principality. The Ferrari driver was dressed in special white colors for this race.
« Four lots in total will be put up for auction. First, the gloves that I wore during the race. The running shoes that I wore when we were in the Grand Prix. The jumpsuit will constitute one lot. It will, of course, come with the fireproof suit. Lastly, the helmet will also be auctioned off,» added Charles Leclerc.
