Williams Racing welcomes a new sponsor for this season. On Tuesday, the British team officially announced on their website and Twitter account the arrival of Kraken, a new sponsor specializing in cryptocurrency. It will be visible on the race car starting this weekend for the Australian Grand Prix.
Kraken is thus investing in Formula 1. The Grove team has officially announced the arrival of this sponsor, which will be visible on the halo and rear wing of the FW45, as well as on the team’s uniforms and caps. Kraken is a cryptocurrency trading company created in 2011. James Bower, Williams’ Commercial Director, expressed his delight at this new partnership: “We are proud that Kraken is entering Formula 1 with Williams Racing, bringing together two of the most trusted and longest-standing brands in our respective industries,” he said. Mayur Gupta, Kraken’s Marketing Director, emphasizes that this commitment shows what is possible when you combine a great mission with excellence, innovation, and groundbreaking performance.
The arrival of a new sponsor at Williams confirms the progress made by the British team last season and signifies a new attraction for this historic team.
