Five drivers selected for the French FFSA national team
Théo Pourchaire, Victor Martins, Isack Hadjar, joined by Alessandro Giusti, will represent the colors of France for the 2023 season and will benefit from the support of FFSA in the context of their respective sports program.

Runner-up in Formula 3 in 2020 and current Formula 2 vice-champion, Théo Pourchaire is set to begin his third season in the gateway to Formula 1 with the goal of reaching the pinnacle of motorsport. He continues to compete with the French team ART Grand Prix and also pursues his journey within the Sauber Academy, officially becoming a reserve driver for Alfa Romeo for 2023.
Victor Martins moves up to the next level after winning the F3 2022 championship title and joins his compatriot Théo Pourchaire at ART Grand Prix. The driver from Essonne will once again be supported by the Alpine Academy for the upcoming season.
For his second season in F3, Isack Hadjar has chosen continuity and remains loyal to the British team Hitech GP. Still supported by Red Bull, he will want to prove himself to Helmut Marko, responsible for the young driver program within the Austrian team.
The newcomer to the French team is called Alessandro Giusti. With 2 victories and 10 podiums in 2022, he is the current reigning champion of France in the F4 FFSA. Freshly arrived at G4 Racing, he joins the Spanish team as a rookie driver.
This program aims to identify and support the best young talents in the French circuit in order to take them to the highest level. In 2023, the four talents, all trained at the FFSA Academy, will represent France worldwide. They are supported by the French Federation of Motorsport and its department. They will be guided by Jean Alesi, team captain and former Formula 1 driver.
What a great lineup this 2023 vintage is. With three Formula 2 drivers and one driver who is discovering single-seaters at the international level, the stakes and objectives of each promise us an exciting season. Théo, Victor, and Isack are at a turning point in their careers. I hope they don’t put too much pressure on themselves and that they will dazzle us with their talent. They have the ability to achieve great performances. As for Alessandro, he is at a different stage in his career, but one that is equally crucial. It’s up to him to confirm his talent that was glimpsed during his victorious season in F4 FFSA. He will need to stand out in a championship with many committed drivers.
“I wish all four of them to have a lot of fun while representing our tricolor colors around the world,” declared the latter.
