AlphaTauri starts its engine for 2023 (video)
The preparations are intensifying at AlphaTauri. Yesterday, the team released a short video showing the start-up of their engine for 2023.
A rumble was heard in AlphaTauri’s factory in Faenza. Symbolizing the culmination of a long work, the ignition of the engine is an important step. This moment marks the beginning of the season and allows for testing the proper functioning of different systems.
The video posted on social media shows team members working alongside their colleagues from Honda to bring the V6 Hybrid engine to life, which will be installed in the 2023 race car.
AlphaTauri is the fifth team to start its engine, while the AT04 will be unveiled on February 11th live from New York.
