The Haas 2023 livery is unveiled first!

The 2023 season is slowly kicking off with car unveilings. Haas was the first to reveal its livery on Tuesday, January 31, well before everyone else!

It is the first team to kick off the presentations, this Tuesday, January 31st: Haas, with the contribution of MoneyGram, has unveiled the colors of its future VF23!

Although the model presented here is last year’s VF22, it must be noted that the aesthetics and color scheme truly result in a very beautiful outcome (subject to each individual’s appreciation of course). The Haas cars had previously been adorned in black, for example in 2017 with shades of gray, and more recently, in 2019, during the unfortunate (and ridiculous) Rich Energy episode.

The red and white colors follow in the footsteps of last year’s car. The side pods are black, just like the engine cover. This one prominently displays the logo of the American team’s new partner, Moneygram.

Finally, on this 3D model, the number 27 has been placed on the nose: it’s Nicol Hülkenberg’s, who is making yet another comeback in F1, alongside Kevin Magnussen.

Gene Haas ambitious.

In the team’s official statement, the team boss doesn’t hide his motivation: the good results achieved last year can still inspire Gene Haas with the addition of a new partner.

I don’t hide my pleasure in welcoming Moneygram as a new partner for the years to come […]. I fully share the excitement that comes with the reveal of this livery, which is only the starting point for this season […]. With the results we have achieved, we have a solid foundation to build upon. With our two proven “point scorers” talents, I am eagerly looking forward to starting the season!

The next step will be the unveiling of the car itself, the VF23, which is expected to appear during the winter testing from February 23rd to 25th, in Bahrain… if Barcelona doesn’t host any other tests.
