Isack Hadjar in Formula 2 this season
We were expecting more than just the announcement, but here it is: Isack Hadjar will indeed be racing in Formula 2 this season with Hitech GP.

The 18-year-old French youngster has been confirmed today by Hitech GP for the 2023 Formula 2 season. The Parisian will continue for another season with Hitech GP, but this time in the Formula 1 feeder series.
The driver will always be part of the Red Bull Junior Team, where Helmut Marko has placed his full trust in the young Frenchman.
Isack Hadjar never ceases to impress. In 2021, after a successful rookie season in FRECA (finishing fifth in the championship), he will join the Red Bull Junior Team.
Last year, Isack also had a remarkable performance with his impressive fourth place in the championship (3 victories and 5 podiums).
By his side in 2023 at Hitech GP, he will find himself with his partner from the Red Bull Junior Team, the American Jak Crawford (seventh in Formula 3 last year).
Isack is the second confirmed Frenchman for this season in Formula 2 (for now…), after Clément Novalak’s official announcement at Trident.
