Haas can’t do it anymore
Once again during the Italian Grand Prix, Haas failed to score any points. Since the break, the team hasn't managed to finish in the top 10 even once. A tough blow for the team, which remains stuck at 34 points.
The Haas team is struggling in this end of the season. The team hasn’t scored any points in the last 6 races, since a great Grand Prix in Austria, allowing its competitors to pull away in the standings.
After a very promising start to the season, Haas gradually collapsed and ended up in 7th position.
The team’s season is up and down. They score points in 3 out of the first 4 Grand Prix before a streak of 5 races without scoring. They bounce back with points finishes in the British and Austrian Grand Prix before completely giving in.
The constructor is no longer able to do it, and since Austria. The best ranking is Schumacher’s 12th place at the Italian Grand Prix. It’s safe to say that the team is living a true nightmare on the tracks without being able to react.
The two drivers are not really helped. They are penalized heavily for part changes on their vehicles and are forced to start quite far back on the grid. The team is trying to find the recipe to bounce back and score new points. But it can’t be said that the manufacturer is very reliable with recurring problems.
The Haas team will have 3 weeks to prepare for the next Grand Prix, which will take place in Singapore. They will be able to make modifications to their cars in the hopes of returning with points for this final stretch before the end of the season.
