The last season of the Italian in Formula 2 dates back to 2020 (a tenth place in the general classification with Hitech GP).
His comeback may not be trivial. Indeed, after this meeting, the Italian will be the driver who has participated the most in a GP2/F2 race. His current total is 91 (the leader in the standings is Louis Deletraz with 92).
Luca Ghiotto is also the one with the most podiums and has scored the most points in the Formula 1 feeder series (24 podiums and 609 points).
The records will need to be updated after this meeting!
