24 Hours of Le Mans – Race: Fatigue is being felt
In the early morning, many drivers made mistakes causing slow zones. The Alpine hit the wall after attempting to overtake a backmarker.

In the hypercar category, the Toyota 8 is still leading the race and is not experiencing any issues. Shortly after the mechanical problem of car number 7, it had to return to the pits again to change tires due to a slow puncture. The Alpine went into the gravel trap at the entrance of the Porsche S curves while trying to overtake a GT car.
In the LMP2 category, DKR Engineering went straight at Mulsanne and slowly hit the wall shortly after the accident involving Porsche number 56 (read below). It was able to get back on track after a brief yellow flag period.
In the LMGTE PRO category, the Corvette 64 is still in the lead and has an advantage as it has two fewer pit stops than the Ferrari AF Corse 51, which follows closely. However, only 20 small seconds separate them.
In LMGTE AM, the Porsche 56 from Team Project 1 hit the barrier before the first chicane on the Hunaudières straight. The accident required a slow zone throughout the first part of that section. In this category, the Porsche from GR Racing, number 86, went off track at Indianapolis. The incident required the intervention of a crane, but the car was able to continue.
