Peugeot presents its drivers for Monza
The lion brand will deploy its 9X8 at the 6 Hours of Monza on July 10th, and has announced the line-up of crews that will take part in the race.

This year, in Le Mans, Peugeot is well represented. In addition to an exhibition on the brand’s endurance racing history in the museum, this Wednesday, the team unveiled the list of its drivers who will participate in the 6 Hours of Monza.
On July 10th, two 9X8 cars will be lined up by the lion brand, with two teams of three drivers on board. The first car, number 93, will be driven by Paul di Resta, Mikkel Jensen, and Jean-Eric Vergne. The second car, number 94, will be driven by James Rossiter, Gustavo Menezes, and Loïc Duval.
The training of these crews for the first race in Monza is the result of multiple testing sessions, data analysis, driving affinities, and individual efforts. Throughout the design and development of 9X8, everyone brings valuable experience, technical sensitivity, and a team spirit essential for the program, said Olivier Jansonnie, the endurance program technical director at Peugeot Sport.
The French brand has therefore focused on the experience on the Sarthe circuit as four drivers have already participated in this endurance race. Jean-Eric Vergne has participated in it four times. Loïc Duval, on the other hand, won it in 2013 with Audi. Finally, Gustavo Menezes has been to Sarthe four times while Paul di Resta has two participations with United Autosport.
