Nico Hülkenberg, the new team principal… on an electric scooter
Nico Hülkenberg creates his team, 27X, in the electric scooter world championship.

Current reserve driver for Aston Martin, and having replaced Sebastian Vettel for the first two Grand Prix of the season, Nico Hülkenberg clearly needed something to do in addition to his role at Silverstone. He found this something in the world championship of electric scooters, the eSkootr Championship.
The German has created his team, 27X, which will be lined up for the first time next week in London. The scooters are capable of reaching speeds of up to 100 km/h and angles of 50° are possible, so the sensations are guaranteed behind the handlebars.
« I am delighted to make my debut in a brand new role as the owner of Team 27X and be part of this new micro-mobility adventure. It will certainly be more than just a typical race series, and I am confident that it is a discipline with great potential, with motorsport experts behind its development. Racing in urban cities is unique and will be a great step towards developing sustainable and safe mobility. » declares “Hulk”.
