Race Sprint F2 – Marcus Armstrong winner!
Marcus Armstrong, opportunist, managed to assert himself for the second time in his Formula 2 career!
The New Zealander, Marcus Armstrong, who started second on the grid, took advantage of Logan Sargeant’s poor start to go on and win by leading all 25 laps of this sprint race.
The Hitech GP driver managed to secure his second victory in Formula 2 after the one he achieved in sprint race 1 last year in Jeddah.
Jehan Daruvala managed to secure another podium on his Prema with a second place. Just behind him, his teammate Dennis Hauger gets his first podium in Formula 2.
In a race where overtaking is difficult, Théo Pourchaire was unable to do better than seventh place. However, he still managed to earn two points.
Clément Novalak had a collision after the first chicane of the first lap with David Beckmann. He had to stop at the pits to change his front wing. He finished in nineteenth place.
