The F2 begins their winter testing this Wednesday!
Formula 2 is also back this week with three days of winter testing scheduled at the Shakir circuit in Bahrain. These tests will take place from Wednesday, March 2nd to Friday, March 4th.
Formula 2 is kicking off its season this week with three days of testing. However, it’s actually six half-days of 2h30 that will be allocated to the Formula 2 teams. The schedules will be shared with Formula 3, who are also conducting winter testing with the same amount of track time as Formula 2.
Note that, unlike Formula 1, all 22 Formula 2 drivers will be on track!
The time difference is 2 hours ahead with Bahrain.
Formula 2 Program:
Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 11:45 AM – 2:15 PM / 5:15 PM – 7:45 PM
Formula 3 Program:
Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 09:00 AM – 11:30 AM / 02:30 PM – 05:00 PM
The trials will not be broadcasted.
