13 – Formula 1 is heading to the Yas Marina circuit in Abu Dhabi for the 13th time in its history. The track emerged in 2009 and even became the final round of the F1 calendar in 2014, replacing Brazil and the Interlagos circuit.

5,281 – This Sunday the drivers will have to cover the 5,281 km circuit 58 times, designed by Hermann Tilke, for a total distance of 306.183 km. However, the track has lost 270 meters compared to the original design. Indeed, several corners have undergone modifications in recent months, the goal being to create new overtaking zones.

1:34.779 – Lewis Hamilton holds the track record with this time set in 2019 during the qualifying session. The fastest lap in the race is also held by Lewis Hamilton who in the same year set a time of 1:39.283.

5 – Out of 12 editions, Lewis Hamilton has won the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 5 times. He is ahead of Sebastian Vettel who has 3 victories. Kimi Räikkönen, Nico Rosberg, Valtteri Bottas, and Max Verstappen each have one victory.

3 – The Abu Dhabi circuit has been the scene of a closely contested final for the driver’s world title three times. The 2010 edition saw Sebastian Vettel and Fernando Alonso compete in favor of the German driver, the 2014 edition saw Nico Rosberg succumb to Lewis Hamilton before taking his revenge in 2016.

0 – It is in a perfect equality in the drivers’ standings that Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen present themselves this weekend for the final round of the championship, a first in Formula 1 since 1974. At that time, Clay Regazzoni (Ferrari) and Emerson Fittipaldi (McLaren) also arrived tied on points at the last round of the season in 74 at Watkins Glen at the United States Grand Prix. The Brazilian would be crowned world champion thanks to a great 4th place finish while his Swiss rival finished 11th.
