Richard Verschoor is returning to F2 to replace Enzo Fittipaldi in Abu Dhabi!
Following Enzo Fittipaldi's absence due to an accident during the main race in Saudi Arabia, Richard Verschoor will replace him for the last meeting of the season.

There is one race left in the championship, this weekend in Abu Dhabi. Unfortunately, Enzo Fittipaldi has to withdraw.
As a reminder, during the main race in F2 in Jeddah (grandson of the double world champion Emerson Fittpaldi) had a quite violent accident with the French Théo Pourchaire. He has a broken tendon and some minor injuries.
The Czech team therefore calls upon Richard Verschoor, who had taken part in the first six F2 meetings with MP Motorsport team, before being replaced by F3 vice champion Jack Doohan.
Richard Verschoor is currently in tenth place in the championship after missing one meeting.
Here is his first statement:
« First of all, I would like to express my thoughts to Enzo Fittpaldi. I hope you will recover well and very quickly. Unexpected but I am happy to be back racing and excited to do it with Charouz, I hope we can finish this season beautifully! »
We wish Enzo Fittipaldi a speedy recovery!
