Gasly’s goal is Red Bull!

Pierre Gasly is having a very good season so far with AlphaTauri, but despite this, the Frenchman was not chosen to be the second driver for Red Bull in 2022. Sergio Pérez was preferred over the Frenchman, which has in no way changed his goal of returning to Red Bull.

For now, that’s my goal because I am under contract with them and I want to drive the fastest car, fight for the top positions, and win the championship. To win the title and be in the race, of course, you all have to push in the same direction, said Pierre Gasly.

With the new regulations for the 2022 season, it is difficult to predict which teams will perform next season. In addition, many believe that joining Red Bull would not be beneficial as the team is mainly focused on Max Verstappen. But for Gasly, Red Bull remains a priority, especially to win races and get on the podium.
