A new engine for Hamilton at the São Paulo Grand Prix
The news came during the first free practice sessions in Brazil. Lewis Hamilton will change his engine and therefore incurs a five-place grid penalty for Sunday's race.

Mercedes changed Lewis Hamilton’s engine, confirming the rumors surrounding this subject. The Briton will therefore take a five-place grid penalty this Sunday.
This news was expected after seeing his teammate Valtteri Bottas change his engine in several previous Grand Prix races. Hamilton’s last engine change dates back to the Turkish Grand Prix.
