Martin Brundle puts the VIPs present on the grid in Austin back in their place

As Martin Brundle was walking around the starting grid of the United States Grand Prix, the Sky Sports commentator tried to interview celebrities invited on the sidelines of the race. Among them, the female tennis legend Serena Williams or the singer Megan Three Stallion.

But each time, the British man faced the security agents and bodyguards of the two VIPs. Annoyed by these attitudes, the former driver spoke out on his Twitter account where he encourages guests to have good manners.

« I have already felt under pressure on the grid before, but by people named Senna, Prost, Schumacher, Mansell, Piquet, etc. The bodyguards visiting the grid for the first time don’t bother me, everyone has a job to do, but they could maybe learn good manners and respect for our job, he indicated.

Fortunately for him, not all VIPs have had these behaviors and some have played along like the golfer Rory McIlroy or the actor Ben Stiller.
